It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lynn Parrish of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 73, on December 7, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Parrish and Dorothy Parrish (Corwin); his parents-in-law, Tom and Sylvia Alexander; his children, John Clinton Parrish and Angela "Angel" Staude; his brothers, Jack and Allen Parrish; his half-brothers, Howard Parrish, Jr., J. William Parrish and James Parrish; and his grandson Hunter Alan Parrish.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Staude (Alexander); his children, David Parrish (Ann) of Defiance, Melissa Parrish-Valle of Austin, TX, Sarah Schier (Eric) of Delphos and Tracy Mitchener (Brian); his grandchildren, Kelsea Ballard (Chris), Joey, Wes, Grace Schier, Zach Parrish, Katie Niese (Adam), Lauren, Ava Mitchener and Elijah Staude; his great grandchild Parker Gerenscer; and his siblings, Linda Fisher, Joe Parrish (Joanna) of Defiance and Denny Parrish (Karen) of Defiance.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harter and Schier Funeral Home (209 W 3rd St, Delphos, OH 45833). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
