It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Lape of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on May 18, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Pruden and Margaret Jane Pruden; her husband Carl L. Lape; her daughter Nancy Jane Lape; her brother William Pruden; her stepmother Vera Pruden; her sister-in-law Carolyn Pruden; and her son-in-law Gerald Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Lape (Sara) of Van Wert, Joy Gordon of Van Wert and Lynda Lape of Van Wert; her brother John Pruden of Rockford; her grandchildren, Lindsey Balliet (Brad), J. Cody Lape (Amanda), Dani Lape (Liz) and David Gordon; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Logan, Greyson and Cece.
