She was predeceased by : her parents, Dane Severn and Grace Severn (Dreyer); her spouse Regis W. Clouse; her son Anthony R. Clouse; her grandson-in-law Mark McCormack; and her sisters, Betty Weddle, Coralie Wilson and Marcia Darras.
She is survived by : her children, Carol Mengerink (Roger) of Van Wert and Stevan K. Clouse of Spokane, WA; her brother Robert Severn of Minster; her grandchildren, Melynda McCormack of Van Wert, Roger Mengerink (Denise) of Columbus, Jason Mengerink (Amy) of Convoy, Tony Hire of Van Wert and Stephanie Knittle of Van Wert; her great grandchildren, Nickolas Mengerink of Fort Wayne and Jacob Mengerink of Convoy; her grandsons, Austin Eutsler of Van Wert and Adam Dillow (Abby) of Columbus; and her great great grandchildren, Colson and Brooks Mengerink. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
