He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris Woodrow Eastridge, Sr. and Ina L. Eastridge (Dunlap); and his siblings, Willis Eastridge, James Eastridge and Catherine Moody.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Keith Eastridge (Jennifer) of Brooklyn and Libby Eastridge of Ohio City, Ohio; his grandchildren, Natasha Eastridge of Brooklyn, MI, Jason Smith (Amanda) of Battle Creek, MI, Kyle Johnston of Brownstown, MI, Ted Johnston of Michigan and Travis Johnston (Clarissa) of San Antonio, TX; his great grandchildren, Nora, Brayden Smith and Dylan Johnston; and his sister Mary Muncy of Seth.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cowan & Son Funeral Home (616 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
