We announce the death of Patricia A. Sherman of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on July 19, 2026, at the age of 84. Patricia will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Patricia will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Patricia’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Walden Sherman and Rose Adeline Sherman (Brown); her daughters, Teresa L. Weaver and Lori Stevens; and her sister Rose Ellen Sherman.
She is survived by: her son Michael A. Ford of Indianapolis, Indiana; her siblings, Marsha Jean Harding of Van Wert, Robert Sherman (Carol) of Santa Clara and William L. Sherman of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Jammie Stevens and Ashley Freaker.
