Patsy A. Smith Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Harden and Lydia Harden; her spouse Dean H. Smith; her son Jeffrey D. Smith; and her siblings, Donald, Robert Harden, Jean Chenoweth and Rosemary Herbst.
She is survived by: her children, Shelly Early of Muncie, Roger Smith (Shelly) of Van Wert and Dana Smith (Barbara) of Van Wert; her daughter-in-law Beverly Smith of Louisville; and her sister-in-law Wauneta Smith of Van Wert. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Pat's memory may be directed to the Van Wert County Council on Aging.
