He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Harold Foster and Mary Margaret Foster (Lautzenheiser); and his siblings, John W. Foster and Joan M. Rorick. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Foster of Troy, Rhonda VanMetre (Mark) of Ohio City and Scott Foster (Lorie) of Scott, Ohio; his stepchildren, Chuck Murphy (Chris) of Michigan, Timothy Murphy (Debbie) of New Haven and Pam Murphy of Van Wert; and his sisters, Martha Anderson (John) of Springfield, Judy Liggett of Lima and Ellen LeMaster of Convoy. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
