With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rebecca Markham of Van Wert, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Rebecca left this world on October 14, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rebecca leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Rebecca may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Henry Johnson and Helen K Johnson (Swope); and her husband Chester Gales Markham, Jr.. She is survived by: her close friend Ed Hill; Watson.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pentecostal Way Church (1213 Leeson Ave, Van Wert, OH 45891).
