He is survived by: his children, Salena Bice (John), Richie Sully (Jess), Tavia Wann (Bryan), Savannah Adams (Jeremy) and Zachary Sully (Ashley); and his siblings, Kevin Sully (Kathy), Greg Sully, Cheryl Vahle (William) and Pamela Christensen (Keith). He is also survived by grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
