He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Edward Stemen and Ilo Pearl Stemen (Shivley); his wife Jane Ann (Stemen); his children, Gordon Stemen (Paula) of Van Wert, Randy Stemen (Beth) of Van Wert and Debbie Dietrich of Lewisville; his grandchildren, Brian, Andrew, Jeremy, Laura Stemen and William Dietrich; and his brother Donald Stemen (Sandy) of Van Wert.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cowan & Son Funeral Home (616 S Washington St, Van Wert, OH 45891). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Preferred memorials are to Pleasant Chapel United Methodist or CHP Hospice.
