She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Michael and Esther Michael (Wortman); her husband Richard W. Caldwell; her son Gregrory Caldwell; and her siblings, John Michael and Linda Etzler.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Caldwell (Beverly) of Van Wert and Jeremy Caldwell (Jennifer) of Dayton, Ohio; her sisters, Connie Tayler (Ronald "Rock") of Van Wert, Gloria Lippi of Van Wert and Janet Smith (Larry) of Bloomington, Illinois; and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Van Wert Humane Society.
