It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Mary Palombi of Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antimo Ciccone and Antoinette Ciccone (Valentino); her husband George Angelo Palombi; and her son John A. Palombi. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Thompson (Chuck) of Champaign, IL and George M. Palombi of Van Wert; her grandchildren, Celeste Thompson, David Thompson, Daniel Palombi (Melanie), Gregory Palombi and Jared Palombi; her great grandchildren, Everett and Loie Mae; and her sister Shirley D'Urso of Greenville, Pennsylvania..
