We bid farewell to Steven Tangeman of Van Wert, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 17, 2025 at the age of 67. Steven touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Steven may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Steven touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony F. Tangeman and Margaret Ann Tangeman (Myers); and his sister Katherine. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Tangeman of Van Wert; his children, Joshua Tangeman (Ashley) of Wilshire, Mandi Fuerst (Joseph) of Van Wert and Amy Workman (Bruce) of Van Wert; and his stepchildren, Jonathan (Ashley) of Van Wert and Tonya Slusher of Boston. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
