She is survived by: her son Jason Barr of Van Wert; her close friend Jean O'Daffer of Middle Point; her siblings, Tony Horn, Robert Horn Jr. of Michigan City, Indiana, Debora Horn of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Michelle Bassett (David) of Hicksville, Patrick Horn (Kim) of Leo, Indiana, Vickie Wright of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Susann Gottfried (Ryan Smith) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Karen, Mike and Angel Mrak; and her siblings-in-law, Sherrie Friedrich, Tammy Wheeler and Sedrick Bishop. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
