She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer H. "Dick" Adams and Irene E. Adams (Riley); her brother Richard Adams; her mother-in-law Gwendolyn; her stepfather-in-law Paul Woods; and her father-in-law William Kreischer.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Kreischer of Convoy; her children, Joseph Motycka (Tammy) of Convoy, Jared Motycka of Ohio City, Adam Lyons (Yana) of Hilliard and Raven Kreischer of Convoy; her sisters, Cheryl Bowen (Frank Sr.) of Ohio City and Rosanne Font (Richard) of Paulding; and her grandchildren, Ava, Reid, Owen Motycka and Daniel Lyons.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Tania's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
