He is survived by : his children, Travis Elliott (Amy) of Indiana, Tisha Collins (Jack) of Virginia and Angela Powell (Robert) of Van Wert; his brothers, Gary Elliott (Claudia) and Dan Elliott; and his close friend Tina Eibling. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
