He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cunningham and Clara Cunningham (Egolf); his wife Kathryn Barr; his great grandchild Ashley Cunningham; and his siblings, Robert M. Cunningham, Wiladean Strait, Grace V and Janette Runk.
He is survived by: his children, William Lee Cunningham Jr. (Sherry) of Fort Wayne, Terry D. Cunningham, Sr. (Cheryl) of Van Wert, Cynthia Bowyer (Gary) of Convoy, Sharon Scaer (Ted) of Convoy, Jennifer Trump (Jim) of Cincinnati and Linda S. Watts (Jay) of Marysville; and his friend Church. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 58 great grandchildren; and 23 great great grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to ViaQuest Hospice - Marysville, or Shiloh Friends Church.
