She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Rosell and Anna I. Rosell (Binkley); her husband John Chuvalas (Hank); her daughter Janet Houston; and her close friend Ed Winemiller.
She is survived by: her sons, John, Tom, Ron (Barbara), Jerry (Lisa) and Curt (Elyse); her sisters, Bessie Kirk and Edith Kelly; and her extended family, Cheryl, Roger, Karen and Amy. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren & one great great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Bernetta to Affinity Care Hospice.
