She was predeceased by: her father Chester Hern; and her sisters, Dot and Shirley. She is survived by: her children, Todd Jenkins and Lesa Howard (Gary); and her brothers, Bill, Tom and Jim. She is also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren.
