Carole leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Carole’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Carole will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Hoover and Edith Hoover; and her sister-in-law Nupin Hoover. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Richards (David Shearer); her brother David Hoover (Ruzzana); her cousin Barb Long; and her friend Charlene.
