He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Clemens and Leota Craig Clemens; his siblings, Freda Colleen, Virginia Warning and Quinton Clemens; and his nieces, Patricia Johnson and Mary Hildigoss.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene Dunsing; his brother Larry G. Clemens (Kaye) of Piedmont, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Charles T. "Chuck" Clemens of Warrensburg, MO, Christopher Clemens of Tullehoma, TN, Craig Clemens of Kissimmee, FL, Jim Clemens of Quincy, IL, Dale Gosney of Palmyra, MO, Joyce Sparrow of Quincy, IL and Marjory Grogg (Jon) of O'Fallon, MO.
