He was predeceased by: his parents, Zach Shepherd and Nancy Shepherd; his wife Jewell Shepherd; his daughter Mona Prunest; his grandchildren, Samantha, Robert and Charles; and his siblings, Barbara, Henry and Raymond.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Hager, Cynthia Fortney (Craine) and Anita Williams (Terry); his brother Ronald Shepherd; his grandchildren, Rochelle Weaver, Krystle Toskins, Amanda Skidmore, Monica Seeley, Anthony Shepherd and Hanna Turner; his close friend Dave Madewell; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren & 6 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Union, 219 Shaw Rd., Union, OH 45322, in Chuck's memory.
