He is survived by: his children, Clarence, Jr., Gary Lutz (Debra Wilson), Frank Lutz (Andrea), Dean Lutz, Donny Lutz (Sandy) and Julie McGuire (Luke); his siblings, Jack Spangler (Sue) and Gail Arnett; his daughter-in-law Karen Lutz; and his close friends, Don Brush (Norma) and Billy Brush. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
