She is survived by : her mother Judy Smith; her siblings, Jeff Smith, Susan Schulze (Alex Chestnut), Paula (George Sideras), Michael (Stephanie Smith), Leisyl (Chuck Jackson) and Matt (Cynthia Smith); and her nieces and nephews, Christy Stadig (Krista Kieser), DeMark Schulze (Colleen O'Donnell), Poe, Philip Schulze, Zac Sideras (Lauren Smiley), Luke Sideras (Jessey), Ashlynn, Taylor (Jimmy Devitt), James, Hayes, Holly Smith (Dominic Wyatt), John Smith and Sydney Jackson (Matt Heeter).

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Christopher's (435 E National Rd, Vandalia, OH 45377). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Christopher Catholic Church (435 E National Rd, Vandalia, OH 45377).
