He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Stout and Anna B Stout of Dayton. He is survived by: his wife Irene Stout; and his children, Scheryl Stout of Clinton, TN, Bonnie Richmond of Vandalia, Tessa Losey (Jon) of Vandalia, Mary Vitek (Kurt) of Hilliard and Justin Stout of Xenia, Ohio.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
