He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mobley and Josephine Mobley. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Mobley; his children, Michael Mobley (Mindy) and Melissa Elliott (Sean); and his grandchildren, Makena, Kaylee Mobley, Ethan and Emily Elliott. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
