Though Deborah may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Barnes and Joy Barnes (Norway); and her brother Jeff Barnes. She is survived by: her daughter Shannon English (Jeff) of Vandalia; her brother Stephen Barnes (Kim) of Lockport; and her grandson Tyler English. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
