Delmer Lee Daniels Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2025, at the age of 84, Delmer Lee Daniels of Vandalia, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Delmer is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Delmer's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jason Daniels and Geneva Dixon Daniels; and his wife Shirley Joyce Daniels. He is survived by: his children, Geneva Myers of California, Robin Daniels of Vandalia, Donna Daniels of Flat Gap and Dale Daniels of Stambaugh, Kentucky. He is also survived by siblings, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at the Daniels-Spark Family Cemetery.
