She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodate Powell and William Powell; her brother Roger Powell; her sister-in-law Barbara Powell; and her niece Kelly Powell.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Shirley; her daughters, Laura Rohde and Jennifer Coffey (Shawn); her granddaughters, Alyssa Mannix (Josh), Amanda Chahine (Chady), Heather Coffey and Dominique Rohde (Ben); her sister Peggy Thaman (Mark); and her sister-in-law Marianna Pennington.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Donna's memory to the Vandalia Historical Society.
