Harriet P. McConnell Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harriet P. McConnell in Vandalia, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Peter H. Courlas and Georgia Courlas; her husband Harley McConnell; her son Daniel McConnell; and her siblings, Annette Owens and George Courlas.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sarah Ryall, Samuel McConnell, Stephen McConnell, James McConnell, Benjamin McConnell, Brandon Reigle, Noah Reigle and Madison Reigle; and her siblings, Mary McConnell, Peter Courlas II, David Courlas and Timothy Courlas (Linda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Harriet's memory to Hospice of Dayton.
