She was predeceased by: her husband Philip A. Leckey. She is survived by: her sons, Tim (Lee) of Orlando, Jeff Leckey of Vandalia and Raymond Leckey (Myra) of Waynesville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Maxwell Leckey, Karlie Leckey, Madison, Michael, Trajan Caldwell, Caitlyn and Anna Leckey; and her brother-in-law Jon Leckey (Vicky) of Florida.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Vandalia United Methodist Church in Kay's memory.
