He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn F. Boutwell; and his daughter Sarah Renae. He is survived by: his father Earnest C. Boutwell; his wife Carol L. Boutwell (Smith); his children, Ryan Boutwell (Megan) and Jennifer Bacher (Kevin); his grandchildren, Emma, Owen, Kinley, Kadence, Kerrigan and Kamden; his brother Richard Boutwell, Sr. (Tanya); his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Smith, Elizabeth Smith, Richard Smith and Thomas Smith II; his niece Michelle Smith; and his nephews, Jason Smith, Richard Boutwell, Jr. and Justin Boutwell. He is also survived by his extended family & many good friends.
