He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Harness and Janice; and his stepfather Lawrence Schlairet. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lee Harness (Reed); his children, Justin Carl Harness, Jessica Lee Bowman (Thomas) and Brandie Lee Baker (Jay); his grandsons, Benjamin Jay and Everett Levi Bowman; his stepgrandchildren, James, Aiden and Zoey Baker; and his siblings, Garry Carl Harness (Becky), Brian Lee Harness (Pam), Dan A. Harness, David Anthony Harness (Whitney), Theresa J. Gatzulis (John) and Carla Sue Lowe (Tony). He is also survived by his extended family & many good friends.
