It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Logan C. Hayslett of Vandalia, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Diana M. Hayslett (Shaner). He is survived by: his siblings, Levi, Kyla, Caleb (Elisha) and Kevin; his grandparents, Greg, Kathy Hayslett, Curt and Nennia Seagraves; his uncles, Kris (Nina) and Jake (Katie); and his father William Hayslett. He is also survived by numerous family members & friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home (139 S Dixie Dr, Vandalia, OH 45377).
