Hayslett of Vandalia, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Diana M. Hayslett (Shaner). He is survived by: his siblings, Levi, Kyla, Caleb (Elisha) and Kevin; his grandparents, Greg, Kathy Hayslett, Curt and Nennia Seagraves; his uncles, Kris (Nina) and Jake (Katie); and his father William Hayslett. He is also survived by numerous family members & friends.
