With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucinda Amburn (Vandalia, Ohio), born in Dayton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2026 at the age of 80. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Lucinda had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Lucinda may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Rawlins and Esther Rawlins; and her sister Rosalind Dancer. She is survived by: her children, Rosalyn Fremder (Steve) and Eric Amburn; her grandson Conner Amburn (Amber); her great grandchild Wyatt Amburn; and her husband James "Jim" Amburn.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Living Word Church (926 E National Rd, Vandalia, OH 45377). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
