She was predeceased by: her parent Jewell Siler (Teague); and her brothers, Jamie Hawk and Joe Siler. She is survived by: her father Joseph Siler; her son David Helms; her brothers, Mitch Siler and Jason Hawk; and her friend Nadia. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
