With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Stephens of Vandalia, Ohio, born in Bloomington, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2024 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jobba and Anna Jobba (Emmett); her husband Gerald Stephens; and her foster parents, John Hulvey and Frances Hulvey.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Ellingen (Paul) of Ft. Wayne, Rose Beeler (Michael) of Vandalia and William Stephens (Patt) of Vandalia; and her grandsons, Brandon, Zachary Beeler Spencer Ellingen and Chance Stephens.
