He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Bowers and Evelena Bowers; and his siblings, Eleanor Bowers, Floyd Bowers and Carl Bowers.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Arland Bowers (Michelle) of Vandalia and Gregory Joseph Bowers of Miami Twp; his grandchildren, Gregory Arland Bowers and Kimberly Bowers; and his sisters, Jean Cain of Stafford, VA and Diana Short (Fred) of Cambridge, Ohio. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
