We are sad to announce that, on March 18, 2022, at the age of 93, Richard L. Kinsey of Vandalia, Ohio, born in Pontiac, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Earl Kinsey; and his brother Ron. He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Kinsey (Frey); his children, Roxann Baker (George), Terry Kimbrell (Paul), Randy Kinsey (Darlene) and Bill Kinsey (April); his stepchildren, William Young (Sharon) and April Meyers (Kevin); his siblings, Bonnie Brassear (Gail) and Bob Kinsey; and his sister-in-law Grace Kinsey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
