He was predeceased by: his wife Rhonda. He is survived by: his parents, William Lewis and Shirley Lewis; his children, Sarah Lewis (Korey Grandi), Kristoffer Lewis (McKay Scadlock) and Sean Lewis (Caitlin); his brothers, Ron Lewis (Jan) and Rob Lewis (Laurie); his grandchildren, Evan, Izabella, Lilianna, Eleanor, Braylee and Javaughn; his niece Brittany; his aunt Marilyn (Dick); and his close friend Mary Sexton. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home and Cremation Services (139 S Dixie Dr, Vandalia, OH 45377). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
