Smith (June); his sons, Keith (Tina) and Ricky (Kim); his grandchildren, Lauren King (Darin), Neil Albert (Krissy), Amy Holtvedt (Jed) and Lindsay Garcia (Stevie); and his great grandchildren, Harrison, Hannah, Mickey, Bo, Waylon and Ryder. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
