He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Collins and Iris Collins (Parr); his wife Lois Collins; his daughter Tracy Lynn Collins; and his siblings, Chris Cundiff, Mike Collins and Tim Collins.
He is survived by: his sister Ellen Singer; his brothers-in-law, Harold Cundiff and Larry O'Shell (Marty Bartolac); and his grandchildren, Zachary B. Collins, Laken N. Collins and Kylie B. Lovejoy. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and wonderful friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Light Church (140 Elva Ct, Vandalia, OH 45377). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
