He was predeceased by: his parent Meigs Hawk; and his siblings, Ruba Hawk, Kate Kelley, Gladys Brown, Martha Patterson, Hoyet Hawk, Arvil Hawk, Meigs Hawk, Jr. and Cecil Hawk.
He is survived by: his wife Patti Hawk; his sons, James Hawk (Nicole) and Robert Thompson; his grandchildren, Leise Hawk, Tyler Thompson (Ivy) and Courtney Thompson; and his caregiver Kimberly Thompson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Ron to The Hospice of Dayton.
