She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lowrey and Ethel Lowrey; her husband Charles; her brothers, Gene, Marvin and Jay Lowrey; and her son-in-law Al Starnes.
She is survived by: her children, Gregg Elkins (Pamela), Gary Elkins (Crystal), Russel Elkins (Joni), Nancy Bryant (Lee Roy) and Patricia Starnes; her sister-in-law Sally Lowrey; her nephew Tim Lowrey; and her good neighbor Dan. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren & one great great grandchild.
