He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Matthews; and his brothers, Jeffrey and Craig Matthews. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Cody Matthews, Paul Middleton, Ahleasha McNeal and Jessica Avila; his sister Karen Porumb; and his aunt Patricia Pierce. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & countless friends.
