He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Todd and Bessie Todd (Gilliland). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia A. Todd (Graham); his children, Lonnie Todd (Lauren) and Traci Herring (Royce); and his niece Mindi Judson (David). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
