She is survived by: her husband Willis "Jim" Mullins; her daughters, Kimberly Charles (Andy) and Jennifer Reeder (Bart Spagnolga); and her siblings, Sue Radford (Chuck), Cindy Lanham, Kristy Rhea, Rosemarie Davis (Robert), Beth Spencer and Dwight Smith (Brenda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
