He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hail and Mossie Hail; and his siblings, Ralph, Randy and Jean West.
He is survived by: his wife Dee; his brother Jerry Hail; his children, Carrie Barnett (Rodney) and Thomas Hail (Sandi); his stepsons, Gary Zinn (Laura) and Ken Zinn (Tracy); his grandchildren, Nikki, Ketra, Krystal, Jordon and Bradley; and his stepgrandsons, Colin and Adam Zinn.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Antioch Shrine Center (107 E 1st St, Dayton, OH 45402). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, honor Tom's memory by contributing to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
