She was predeceased by: her husband Larry E. Weaver, Sr.; and her siblings, Marvin Loudenback, Pamela Rose, Terry Harris, Jerry Harris, Harry Joe Harris, Bob Browning and Dan Browning, Sr..
She is survived by: her parents, Tod Browning and Juanita Harris (Koon); her children, Elaina Lee (Chung-Suk Charles), Matthew Weaver, Michael Weaver (Amy Hartig-Weaver) and Larry Weaver, Jr. (Lisa Weaver); her grandchildren, Anna Dricken, Alexander Lee, Monica Lee, Lauren Lee and Jacob Weaver; and her sisters, Diana Cawley, Sherry Schweitzer, Deb Waters and Coleen Overbay.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family are encouraged to make a donation in Toni's memory to the Southern Poverty Law Center or another non-profit organization that advocates for racial justice and equity.
