She was predeceased by: her parents, Ransom Hackworth and Elva Hackworth (Tackett); her spouse Jesse Cox III; her siblings, Charlene Applenzeller, Marietta Hall, Alice Maynard, Cotton, Doug and Eldon Hackworth; and her pet Pedro.
She is survived by: her son Lonnie Cox; her siblings, Coly and Jake Hackworth; and her pets, Rex and Levi. She is also survived by her family, friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Zion Bloom Cemetery (15110 Co Rd 197, Mt Blanchard, OH 45867).
Memorial contributions may be made in Erma's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
